Author Background and Context Lectures

Welcome to Little-Lecture’s author page. The author background and context lectures are just one of a series of video’s that we offer. As the name suggests, these lectures will introduce you to the author you select by providing a short biography, brief historical context, and an overview of their major writing characteristics.

To watch a lecture, please click the arrow to the right of the author tab. This will open a drop-down menu which you can navigate to find your desired author. Once you click on the author, you will be directed to a page that has the lecture as well as a transcript of the presentation if you prefer to read, want to find certain information quickly, or would like to quote part of the presentation.

You can learn more about each author by navigating to the stories page, where there are presentations on individual stories from each author. We hope you enjoy the lectures and please contact us if there are any comments, questions, or concerns.
